As a Wilmington native and UNC-Wilmington graduate, Chris Spivey has spent a lifetime enjoying what the Wilmington area has to offer. Chris' local knowledge and experience have been integral parts in representing his clients with buying/selling in the local real estate market for the past 19 years and has helped Chris sell hundreds of properties during that time and more importantly, has helped build lasting relationships with his clients. Chris' commitment to service focuses on putting other's needs first. Chris works and lives by his philosophy, "Giving. Serving. Making an Impact.".
